These machines are especially characterised by the outstanding accessibility to all mechanical components. The traverse and opening areas are designed especially wide so that twisted and multi-axial articles can be manufactured. The closing forces for the tools are optimally distributed over the closing plates and protected accordingly through our patent "P 36 24 615". The closing force is precise and unaffected by the relative motion created through the build-up of force. Hydraulic systems from Mannesmann Rexroth bring fast and smooth movements of the machine components using proportional valve technology.

Control takes places using the newest Siemens S 7 Electronics which was developed in cooperation with Siemens.

The machines are equipped with directly driven Extruders. The Extruder is provided with smooth or grooved barrel sections, changeable depending upon application need and Siemens frequency-controlled.

Drive unit with standard three-phase motors and Knoedler transmission with built-in spindle bearings.

The systems can be equipped with axial and radial programming. Single and multiple blowing heads in all sizes, accumulator heads as bypass flow aggregates or direct accumulator heads with spiral distribution in FIFO function are available if required.

TBA systems can be used for both sequential co-extrusion and for suction blowing systems. In addition, these machines are especially suitable for manipulation tools. All machines are equipped with additional hydraulic and pneumatics functions.

The MBK large blowing moulding systems are exceptionally multifunctional and even allows for quick and unproblematic tool changes. The machines can be utilised for a large range of article sizes and can be used as both stationary and shuttle machines. Parison expanding devices, manual and automatic adjusting blowpin movement as well as swivelling are standard equipment.

All machines offer the possibility for follow-up treatment of blow moulded articles in subsequent stations, which are installed depending on the articles.

For Packaging Articles

For this range standard systems are available, long-stroke machines with corresponding tool cavities which are especially designed for high volume production. Articles are manufactured completely in the machine and delivered directly to the customer’s transport system. TBA DLH (double long stroke) machines manufacture from 2 cm2 up to 20 L depending on the customer’s requirements. Containers up to 400 L can be individually manufactured in the larger blow moulding machines.
